Job Description:
What do demonstrators (known as “Event Specialists”) do?
Event Specialists demonstrate food and other consumer packaged goods inside retail outlets to generate excitement and brand awareness to increase product sales.

Job Requirements:
High School or equivalent
Must have access to a computer and a phone
Must have basic knowledge on how to use a computer
Must have reliable Internet access to receive schedules, updates, and submit event reports
Friendly, outgoing personality; confidence and enthusiasm to engage retail shoppers
Reliable transportation to/from your specified location is required
Neat appearance
Ability to prepare and serve food samples utilizing cooking apparatus required for raw meats, produce, and other items

Responsible for managing help desk personnel, client communications, reporting, customer service, and maintaining quality standards. Provides support to 5000 sales reps. Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)

· Manage help desk personnel, staffing levels, and performance reviews. Protect service levels and quality scores with inbound call load (5,000 to 10,000 per month). · Manage Quality Assurance and Just-in-Time remediation process · Work with operations team to identify workflow for Horizon to improve cycle times and proactively manage support environment · Key escalation point for Client field sales management · Participate in help desk technician training programs · Administer performance evaluations and provide continuous performance coaching · Assist with rollouts by providing staff support. · Understand staffing levels required for support of SLA. · Establish and implement standard operating procedures for the help desk.

Will proactively use front-end stopper messages to counter call spikes due to back-end issues or other problems in the support ecosystem. · Will develop workflow within Horizon to provide timely alters to management before service level breaches. · Ensures effective call routing based on employee workload and skill sets.

· Siebel call management and field services experience · Subject matter expert on telephony tools (PBX, EAS, CTI) and supporting infrastructure · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Superior organization and prioritization skills · Microsoft Products, Siebel, and Internet applications · Strong interpersonal skills

Education

· Bachelors Degree Business, Computer Science, related disciplined, or equivalent combination of professional experience

Experience

· Minimum of 6 years in help desk management experience · Extensive personnel management experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
